World Without Tears is a symbolic enactment of Lucinda Williams' angst ridden country-folk album of the same name. Each track is acted out within a changing set representing various iconic art movements. The actions are repetitive and robotic; strictly without tears. The work was conceived in collaboration with the art writer Susanna Haddon and is currently being produced during a residency at Alma Enterprises Gallery that will culminate in an exhibition.
